What’s included in a whole-home duct cleaning
Some companies quote a low price per vent and only clean the grilles you can see. A real duct cleaning covers the entire air path, from the returns that pull air in to every supply vent that pushes it back out.
- Air handler: blower removed, cleaned and lubricated; cabinet washed
- Evaporator coil: soaked by hand with a non-corrosive coil cleaner

Our method, step by step
1. The air handler comes first. We remove the front panels and pull the blower motor so it can be cleaned and lubricated. The cabinet gets washed, the coil is soaked by hand, and everything is disinfected and dried with compressed air.
2. Negative pressure on the whole system. A 5,000 CFM negative-air machine connects to the ductwork, so loosened dirt gets pulled back to our vacuum instead of into your rooms.
3. Vent by vent, farthest first. Starting at the far end of the house, we open each vent, clean it by hand and drive air lines through the duct to push debris back to the machine.
4. Disinfect and check. The system is fogged with an EPA-registered disinfectant, and airflow and temperature are checked before we go.
